We're back in Oregon. It is overcast, 70 degrees with a cool breeze, and wonderful! :) Although we are both beyond exhausted, we're doing well and on our mission to find a house in the Troutdale/Gresham area. We looked at 8 homes yesterday - all of which we had looked at online and researched. Unfortunately, the ones we were most excited about when looking online were incredibly disappointing in person. We did find one that we really liked, put a low (but what we can afford) offer on it, but it looks like the sellers are probably going to say no. In this type of market we are a little surprised that a seller would refuse an offer...but that's ok. Today we are going to look at more homes and hopefully put another offer out there. It is an exhausting process, but we're having fun.

Good luck finding a house, it is soooo hard to find the right house when you have limits on area and price!
