Our counter-offer on our house in Salem was just accepted!!!! Yay!!! We are so happy, but are going to remain cautiously optimistic until it has closed, hopefully on Nov. 30th. Supposedly, everything regarding the buyer is more solid and reliable this time, so we feel good about that. We so appreciate everyone's prayers. God is good!
