Almost Sold!

Yesterday (Nov. 19th) marked a significant day for Justin and I. One: it was the two-month anniversary of the first set of buyers pulling out of the house deal in Salem (the day it was supposed to close) and Two: Jan (my mother-in-law and our power of attorney) went and signed all the of the closing papers for the second buyer! Today the buyer comes to sign them and then they have to be processed. After that - our house is SOLD!!!!!!! I am still cautious to write that and a little nervous everytime the phone rings, but am feeling optimistic. We didn't get this far in the process last time and we are SO close to being done with it all. As Jan said, "soon you'll be homeless". That has never sounded so good! :)
