Day Two

Today is day two of our trip and we just reached our destination of Ogden, Utah. Although we have a nice hotel, we are right off the freeway in an area that is littered with construction. Good thing we aren't spending any time here. We had a wonderful morning at the McCauley's house where Erika cooked us a scrumptous breakfast that we enjoyed after the three of us (Bruno, Justin, and I) went for a 4-mile jog. It was a great way to start the day.

The car trip was only about 4.5 hours today, so that was really nice. Tomorrow we head to Denver and have an 8 hour trip ahead of us. But thankfully the weather so far has been very pleasant, we haven't run into construction or traffic (could change when we head into Denver!), and we only have only skimmed the surface of our ridiculously long "Florida Playlist" on the I-Pod! :)

Here are two pictures from today. The first was taken at our lunch stop at Arbys. Yumm... And the second is with Bruno in our hotel room. By the way - he loves the hotel. It is a whole new adventure and way better than his kennel in the car! :)
